Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to product availability.
Firearm Shipments
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate FFL information before shipment. Firearms will not be shipped until all legal requirements have been satisfied.
Customers are responsible for any transfer fees charged by their selected FFL dealer.
Ammunition Shipments
Ammunition shipments must be sent via ground transportation and cannot be shipped using expedited air services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring ammunition is legal to possess in their state and local jurisdiction before placing an order.
Restricted Products
Certain products may be restricted based on federal, state, or local laws.
6 Tactical reserves the right to cancel any order containing items prohibited in the customer's jurisdiction.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Other approved carriers
Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information by email when available.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.
Any package that arrives damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact 6 Tactical so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, 6 Tactical may offer free shipping promotions.
Free shipping promotions:
- Apply only to qualifying orders
- Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts
- Exclude oversized products, firearms, ammunition, and special-order items unless specifically stated
Delivery Delays
6 Tactical is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional fees incurred due to address corrections, returned packages, or reshipments may be charged to the customer.
